You see, Olea Europaea or Olive Trees obviously grow olives, but getting there requires a real green thumb and can not be achieved inside the home year round. That doesn't mean this baby Olive Tree won't look super cute in your living room of course! If you do want to have a go at growing your own olives, place the olive tree in your garden, balcony or patio in spring and summer so it can get full sun. These trees also need a night time drop in temperature to spur on the blooming. Fertilize bi-weekly in spring and monthly in winter when you move the tree back inside. Are you keeping notes? It's a lot for a handful of olives but don't say we didn't warn ya!
